Getting started with your Google Calendar app is easy to use and clean looking. Simply go to your Google Drive, click the Apps button on the top right, and finally, click Calendar.
You can view your calendar in many different views, from day, week, month, 4 days and Agenda. Agenda will list all of your events in chronological order as a list, while viewing as a day, week, or month will show you your events in calendar form.

You can also make events repeat themselves by clicking the All day or Repeat buttons which are located right underneath the date and time of the scheduled event.

If you want to attach a certain document or picture to the event, you can do that by clicking the Attachment button located beneath the description and above the available colors.
By clicking on Join Meeting on the Video Call section, you will be redirected to Google+ Hangouts, where you will be able to video call and chat with people.
Syncing your Google calendar to your iPhone, Android, iPad or other devices is very simple. You can also click on the right Setting Wheel and once the drop down menu comes down, click on the lost option- Sync with mobile device and it will connect you to a page which will help you sync your phone.
If you go to the left side of your calendar, it will allow you to have multiple calendars. There are certain features which you can control for every calendar. If you go to a calendar of your choosing and click on the drop down menu by your main calendar name, you will see a lot of different options for your calendar. Google will sync all of your calendars together, and if you choose to click on the Display only this Calendar, it will choose to show only the calendar you have clicked on. When you click Calendar Settings, you will be redirected to a page that will allow you to rename the calendar, name the organization, the e-mail, and company. You can write a description for your calendar and specify your location. You can also choose different ways to embed the calendar if you choose to do so.
Along with this, if you go back to the drop down menu, you can add an event, share your calendar with others, set reminders and choose colors for each event scheduled.
If you go to the setting wheel on the right side, you can choose how large or small you want the text on the calendar to be, whether you want Comfortable, Cozy or Compact. You can also find Calendar Setups, Settings, Help, Labs, and Offline at this location.
