To conclude a transaction to buy or use Digilabs products or services we will need to get your full name, shipping address, and billing information including credit card number and expiration date. (The “Personal Information”)

Digilabs may be required by law to disclose Personal Information to proper law enforcement authorities.

Digilabs will keep any Personal Information you provide on servers that are protected against intrusion or unauthorized access by firewalls and other technological means. They are located in a physically secure facility, and only some Digilabs employees and agents are given access to the information on a need-to-know basis.

We do not sell, give or exchange any Personal Information provided to us and will not add you to a mailing list of any newsletters. We will use your email to provide you with update information related to your order and up to 4 product announcements and special offers annually.
